Although I have made a few posts, here is my official introduction.
1st - extract, no real recipe stout = pretty good
2nd - extract, turned a Corona clone into a Shocktop since I did not understand fermenting at too high of a temp.
3rd - all grain, missed temps not preheating cooler mash tun
4th - all grain, missed effeciency not understanding pour crush or water adjustments
5th - all grain, missed effeciency not understanding water adjustments
etc
etc
etc
Man, I am having fun! Although the above sounds negative, my friends have always been impressed with my homebrew. I am my toughest critic!
North Palm Beach is right outside of West Palm Beach. Anyone in the neighborhood?
