More like growing pains than site upgrades. The last thing I want to do is take orders that I can't fulfill in what I personally consider a reasonable turnaround. I've watched a lot of businesses come and go (more like burn out in flames) due to uncontrolled growth. We need a bigger staff and more space and it's just taking longer to take care of both of those things than expected. It's basically myself and two part timers now and I found out the hard way that you have to set up shop a bit differently when you have to quickly cycle employees into the fold. I'm a homebrewer learning a crash course in business. Until we get all details ironed out, occasional forced slow-downs are inevitable.
