I know some people here enjoy bread making as much as they enjoy brewing, so I thought this article from the New York Times might be of interest. A baker in NYC came up with a way to make good bread at home without kneading.

I tried this over the weekend and I was really surprised at how good the bread turned out. More importantly, it only took maybe five minutes of actual work, so it wasn't cutting into my brew day
Make sure you watch the video if you're going to try it, it makes things crystal clear.
