I fermented for one week without a starter!!
I dry hopped for 8 days in the secondary and then transferred to a tertiary to let the hops settle out.
General Comments
Just keep in mind as far as mash temps and infusion water go, that it accommodated my system (10gallon rectangular cooler with copper manifold)
It was fairly carbonated (~0.82 cups corn sugar) which definitely added extra mouth feel to this brew. Upon settling, it has a medium head. Everyone that has tried it loves it. It is my favorite brew because the hops balance well with the mouth feel of the beer and the you feel pretty good after one or two. Simple awesome...would recommend to any home brewer. I formulated the recipe from BYO's 150 clone issue with a few changes...I hope you all enjoy.
