Hi, I'm an herbalist and use alcohol as an extractant in my tinctures, as well as using fermentation in extracting healing compounds for nutritional healing.
I don't have much experience in home brewing (other than honey mead) and home brewing seems like a logical next step.
I'm particularly interested as an herbalist in discussion threads about "what went wrong," as it is sort of a fun game to me to deconstruct alchemy
