Hello from san diego.
not sure how new i really am to these as i've been reading for about 3 or 4 months now. but, I've just started up an account. I apologize in advance for any seriously n00by questions I might ask. i've only been brewing for a few months now.

Welcome to the forum, officially I was lurking for several months before I joined also. My process and beer improved dramatically once I finally joined and started asking questions though. Good luck!
