If it hasn't been pointed out, anyone brewing in the New Orleans area should check out Caire Hotel and Restaurant Supply (Home for a map).
It has virtually every sized food grade container imaginable, potential brew pots, as well as a host of kitchen equipment that will get your imagination running. I've got a couple of stackable rectangular gradated plastic storage containers that fit on the shelves a lot better than round buckets.
This is a real supply house, not a retail store, but they sell directly to the public. It can be a little tricky to find, but it is well worth the trip, and the prices blow the doors off any full retail outlet.
