Howdy,
Been lurking on here for years. Homebrewer for about 6 years now, the last year of which was spent competing. I also took my BJCP tasting exam a month or two ago.
I started brewing to learn more about beer, and the education continues. My main obsessions are Belgian and German beers, particularly abbey beers and wheat ales.
I brew on a modified Unibrau with a bag and bottle condition 100% of my beers. Hope to continue learning more here and hopefully find a way to contribute some interesting information of my own. Cheers.
