New member and brewer

Hi all, just starting out. Getting into culturing yeast and malting right out of the chute. Fun stuff.
Hears 1056 that just went through a Starsan wash and back into some wart. Nice budding, will be checking for the return or not of the bacteria.

Have a 1 gal test batch of this malt on the stove as I type. maybe I will call it pea beer, I see there is an imposter in the pick LOL

I'm guessing they grew peas the year before. Pea beer, LOL doesn't sound very good.Ha
