Greetings. Now that home brewing is legal in Alabama, I have started assembling a small all-grain setup, copied from the well-known Countertop Brutus (but with immersion chilling). It's a work in progress.
I am trying for 2.5 - 3 gallon batches of low gravity ales, porters, and stouts, fermenting in a Brew Demon conical. Four batches so far, two drinkable (a pale ale and a porter).
I have learned a lot from this forum... so I thought it was time actually to join.
