Hi! Greetings from Rock Hill, SC. I am a transplanted Texan from Austin, but love it here in the Charlotte area! I am excited to say that I just bought a complete kit to start brewing!! I've never brewed before but I've been studying up on it for about 6 months and finally went out today to our local Home Brew supply (ebrew.com) and got set up. Instead of the usual kit, I went ahead and got an 8 gal Polarware kettle and an immersion wort chiller. I want to start right off with full boils. I'm going to brew my first batch this weekend, an APA from a kit just to get my feet wet.
