My wife loves me. Bought me everything I need to get started for x-mas this year. I have my first batch of cider in the secondary right now. Thinking about starting my second batch already now that I have an empty carboy looking at me.

Welcome to the forum. Those carboys really can stare you down. How long did you stare at the airlock when it started bubbling?
I still love to sit and watch those bubbles.... it is kinda like the stare you give a campfire.
