Hello,

After frequently ending here when google searching brewing related stuff, I decided to register.

I live in the Netherlands and have been brewing frequently for nearly 4 years now.

Started out with pots and buckets, and now brew using a "Brew Monk" all in one system. Which is basically a stainless steel electric BIAB system.
Fermenting is done in a SS brewtech brewbucket inside a fermentation fridge.

Mostly hoppy styles but i brew everything from light lagers to Imperial stouts.

Last brews were a hazy ipa and Czech Pale lager. Next brew wil be a Belgian single. (Followed up by a tripel or quad)
