Few years ago, my wife bought me the best Christmas gift, a starter homebrew kit. Well, I did a couple batches and it sat collecting dust. Kits just didn't do it for me. About two months ago, I made my own mash run and wort chiller. I have done 4 AG batches since then and now I can't stop.
We have also done a wine kit (well the wife has), homemade apple brandy, and our favorite homemade limoncello (on our third batch)!
Slowly growing my knowledge and supplies (although my bar area is filling fast) and can't wait to purchase and try kegging along with yeast harvesting!
Maybe it's time to build a conical fermenter!
