I just brewed my first 5 gallon batch last night and now just waiting for fermentation to do its thing. I already have a list started of areas that may need improvement.
I found this site when I was looking to attempt making Apple Cider and the wealth of info just encouraged me to try brewing beer too. Long story short thank you helping me spend some money without any effort.
