New Brewer from Gatineau, Qc, Canada!

Hi All,

I'm Benoît aka Norgad. My brother has shown me the joy of homebrewing in the last month so I'm still pretty new to this. He is brewing his own beer with some friends for the last 2 years with some basic equipment but lately, he has build a whole new set of equipment for some more convenient brewing and better setup.

I've started with AG batch but I've read a lot about extract batches before. I've bought books, followed internet videos and I constantly search the net for better techniques. I do have some issues though and that's why I've joined this forum. I hope I'll be able to solves my problems and contribute to the forum afterward!

Also from Qc, I brew all-grain and sometimes partial mash when I need a shorter brewday.

Je n'ai rien vu dans les règlements sur le fait de poster en francais. Tu sais s'il y a pas mal d'autre Québecois sur ce site?

J'habite en Montérégie, juste à Côté de Chambly.

Je sais pas s'il y a beaucoup de québécois ici. En tous cas, ils sont discrets.

Salut je suis québécois aussi, je de saint-colomban, à côté de saint-Jérôme. Je suis un nouveau brasseur amateur mais j'apprends vite. Pour l'instant je brasse avec des kit festa-brew et micro-brew. J'aimerais bien me joindre à votre groupe pour partager des info. Au plaisir !
