My name is Scott and I've been brewing from extract and partial mash recipes for 20 years. Now to liven things up, I've recently started brewing with all-grain. :rockin:

I have been amazed by all the DIY project info on this forum! So far, I have built a cooler MLT, a stir-plate and have started building a brewing rig from ideas I got here.

Thanks folks! I tapped my first all-grain brew last night. It's a Saison. I was a little low on the OG I was shooting for, but the final product is very tasty! It's a super session beer for summer!
