Need help with a Watlow F4D Controller

This one is for all the guys with knowledge of controller wiring. I recently aquired a Watlow F4D controller that I plan to use for sous vide cooking. Eventually it will be used for electric brewing but thats not gonna happen for a little while.

I plan to use the controller to hold temps on an old analog crock pot. I've got a relay for to use already I just need to know what connections to use on the controller itself. I've thumbed through the manual for it, but to be honest it's a little over my head.

Hi, I ran into to this foroum and saw you were asking for help with the F4 controller. Have you gotten it figure out?
