My wife made me brew

I started a new job/career and it’s been hard to find brew days. Throw in winter and days are even narrower.

I planned to brew today but had a LOT of things to do before I leave town and was going to “bag it” and try to brew in a few weeks.

Well, my wife said she could paint the bathroom and do a few other things I wanted to get done but she couldn’t make beer so I HAD to brew today.

I think I’ll keep her! [emoji1]

Maybe you should teach her to make beer, then you just chill on the couch while important stuff is taken care of

Dough-in, paint while mashing. Transfer while paint dries. Boil while painting, chill & transfer while paint dries...
Like brewing with a newborn- just hold it away from the kettle and it's all good!
