Just brewed this last night, second year brewing it. Last year it was awesome. The last hop addition and all the spices were thrown into the cube (was my first no chill). Woke up today, and the wort tastes and smells exactly like pumpkin pie! Can't wait til its done. The "home copper" can be made by toasting pale malt @ 400 until it gets a nice copper hue. Gives the beer a nice fresh baked taste.
I mashed 2 big cans of Libby's, mash temp was 152. Sparged slooooow, had no problems with a stuck mash.
