So the brewery is nearly up again.. ended up going gas to begin with and see if I go decide to go electric in winter.. So I want to do a darkish, malty ale.. Here is what I put together in beersmith (wow, what great software)

Looks good to me. I've personally never used Cascade for bittering an English style ale, but there's certianly no rule against it.

I took a 2 year hiatus a while back. It's fun getting back into the swing. Enjoy your brewday.
 
Seems like lots of crystal, but that isnt necessarily a bad thing
Yeah.. I might dial it back a bit.. I used to use a lot of xtal, like the complex sugars and higher FG... Cascade as it is what I ended up grabbing...

Interesting thing is I used to brew in Celsius ... Still getting used to temps for strike etc...
