My Extra Yeast and Hops -- Your Build a Beer Genius

Hi. Have a few batches under my belt but not enough to feel i can make up my own recipe! I have some spare hops and yeast and I need a plan!

I have 1322 Northwest ale yeast (liquid), 1 oz of mosaic hops, 1 oz of Australian galaxy hop, and 1 oz of athenaeum hops. I BIAB and my kettle can handle 10 pounds of grain. With this list of spare hops and yeast, what magic beverage would you make?

i'd say a pale ale... it's what jumps out at me first.

10lbs Vienna
1/2oz mosaic at 60min
1/2oz mosaic at 10min
1 oz ahtnam at 5min

that will put you at (estimated)
OG -1.050
FG- 1.013
IBU- 37
SRM - 5.82

Bitter with Galaxy (First Wort Hop for roughly 30 IBU)
10 minute addition of Galaxy to bring total IBUs to around 40 or more

Ferment cool, then dry hop with 1 oz Mosaic, 1 oz Ahtanum, and any remaining Galaxy for the last week.
