so i'm wondering what to do with some Mt. Hood hops .... I'm considering using them in a pilsner or vienna style lager. thoughts?

I say pils. I have made a pils with Mt. Hood several times and love it. 1 oz each at 60, 10, 5, and flameout.

Mt Hoods are a genetic derivative of Hallertau. They will work well in just about any beer calling for German style noble hops.
