I have a Wyeast 1010 American Wheat yeast starter about a month ago using a 2 liter flask and a foam stopper. After being on the stir plate for a day I pulled it off and placed it in my yeast fridge and forgot about it until today. Should I toss it out or use it? If I had a sealed glass container I would have no problem using it but with a foam stopper I am not very confident on using it. Any thoughts?

Bugs have to hitch a ride into wort. Seriously doubt anything got through a foam stopper. IMHO, Wake it up, smell it, if it smells right, pitch it.
