3 gal All Grain

English IPA

Local Water ( Ca++ 5.3 ppm, Total Hardness 17.0 ppm)
2 tsp Gypsum (not sure this is necessary)
7.5 lbs Maris Otter-Mash 155F 60min (aprox)

.25 oz Fuggles Pellet in FIRST runnings
Sparged

1.5 oz Fuggles pellet-90+ min boil
1 oz Fuggles pellet at flame off

In Fermenter S-04 yeast fermenting at 58F

76% Efficiency-Boil Pot Specific gravity 1.051-18.5 quarts

Now the sad part matched all numbers from Beer Tools but the Specific Gravity sample spilled before reading and I don't have my final fermenter volume so my fermenter values are calculated. I boiled for a long time trying to darken the wort but right now using the stove so relatively low btu's. We'll see.

is adding an 1-2 oz of roasted barley for color cheating on a smash?

Original Specific gravity 1.064 (predicted???)
