Hello all,
I am brewing a honey ale tomorrow, and will be making a starter of california ale v tonight. I was wondering if anyone has mixed the two yeast together? I am thinking that my starter of wlp051 will not have enough time to get a good cell count, and since I had an extra vial of wlp001 I was thinking of mixing them together to get a higher cell count.
