Go!

I have 6 weeks (brewing next weekend) so 5 weeks from brewday to contest. Looking for suggestions. Current front runner is a Vanilla Creme Ale. Full Ag 10 Gal capacity.

Any other 5 Week suggestions?

The zombie dust clone that's one here. Just about to bottle but the samples I've pulled are phenomenal! The other thing I'd mention is the none more vanilla stout. That takes a bit longer but I think it's do able. Opposite ends of the spectrum but dunno what you're looking to brew.

Let us know what your choice is and how it turned out with the 6 week (5 week) deadline!

I currently have an all CITRA pale ale on tap, so I don't want to double up with Zombie Dust as they are almost identical. Below is the recipe I am going to do if I don't see anything else.
