mild ale with roeselare?

has anyone ever brewed a mild ale and fermented with roselare? I love sour beers, so I am thinking of breing a low alc beer with sour notes. What do you think?
 
Why not.

How long do you want to wait? Roselaire will take a long time.

I think I would try a little lactic sour, like in a Berliner, which could be done in a few weeks rather than a year or more.
