The bill was scheduled to be heard before the House Regulatory Reform committee at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday June 8. Even though that committee meeting has already takn place, you may still contact the members of the committee and politely urge them to support this legislation.

Calling legislators is easy. A staffer will answer the phone. Tell the staffer your name and where you're from and tell him/her that you're calling to urge Senator/Representative to support the bill. He/she will thank you for your call and that's it. There's nothing to it. It will only take you a minute or two, but it makes all the difference.
