What temp and time decrease do most brewers experience while using a cooler setup for mashing?

Is it really consistent over enough time?
 
I use a 10 gallon gatorade cooler and I hold my temp to a degree over 90 minutes. I also wrap some towels around it for extra insulation.

This may be weird, but I used sprayon insulation
