Doing a Tripel, trying to squeeze out 25 gallons so I can fill up my 1 bbl fermenter. 55 lbs castle pilsner, 12 lbs Belgian candi syrup, half pound hops and a month of fermentation!
It's based on the byo Westmalle tripel recipe from a few months ago but I extrapolated it to a <hell yes> batch size and added more belgian beet sugar and way more castle pilsner to hit about 25 gallon net off of this bad boy. Really just trying out a capacity batch in my 1BBL fermenter
