Hi all,
I live in Memphis and was fortunate enough to just try Wiseacre brewing's Ananda IPA. I'm not usually a big fan of IPAs but this was one one the best friggin beers that I have ever tried. They list a lot of the recipe details on their website (it is a wheat IPA) but I wasn't quite sure about one thing...
They list malts as: 2 row, Best caramel malt pils, malted canadian wheat, flaked wheat.
Now the question: what exactly is best caramel malt pils and where can I buy it? I found it on "countrymaltgroup.com" listed as a 2-3L grain but they only sell in bulk. Any ideas where I might be able to find a similar product in smaller quantities?
