Malt Crazy Ideas - Pies & Cobbler?

Ok I love malt, hell I would eat eggs with malt in it. I got to thinking just a few days ago about some ideas as to uses for malt.
I love pies and cobbler so my inner mad scientist came out. Malt Peach Cobbler or Malt Apple Pie. Ive heard of recipes like this and wonder if any of you have had experience with this? It sounds dam delicious!
