You only have a FWH addition, which will yield a little bit of flavor in addition to the bitterness, however Magnum is not too flavorful overall.

I'd just do the Magnum as a 60 minute addition and then use a blend of cascade and centennial in 15 minute and flame out additions. If you stick to ~52 IBUs you'll have a bitter pale ale/weak IPA. I'd prob drop the IBUs down to about 45 so you end up with a bitterness ratio of .75 which is more in line with a pale ale.

I guess it all depends on what kind of beer you're looking for.

I don't exactly know what I want out of this batch. I was just trying to throw something together with what I've got on hand. I've got a caribou slobber esque beer on tap right now that I'm digging a lot. I'm trying to get away from the ultra hoppy for right now.

Maybe adjust the grain bill a bit for an amber ale (sub in like 1/4 lb. of C60L for some of the victory), then bitter to about 30 IBUs with the magnum then use the willamette for flavor and aroma hops. Nice little amber ale.
