Made apple wine but want a cider can I just uncap a few add the sugar and recap?

I made Ed s apple wine but forgot to make some cider. Is it possible to just uncap a few add the sugar and recap

I guess so if there's still viable yeast in each bottle. IDK how much apple wine will taste like hard cider though just from being carbonated. I've never had apple wine before... If it were me I'd just make a new batch of hard cider.
