I just force carbed my blue moon clone, 48hrs at 30psi. After adjusting to normal serving pressure I am getting a glass full of foam. I typically carb all of my beers this way, but sometimes might actually carb for 40 hours or so because I didn't keep track of the time. This time I undoubtedly carbed for 48hrs on the dot. Is this possible "extra" time accounting for all this foam? Any help is appreciated.
