I dont have many brews under my belt quite yet but what I have done has been more than satisfactory given my slightly more than amateur status and at the same time I'm expanding my brew equipment as I can afford .
I'm waiting for an American Brown Ale (our favorite to wash down our pizza) AG kit in the mail , probably today or tomorrow .
What I'm thinking of doing next is a Farmhouse Ale recipe , I just cant seem to find one .
Anyone have a nice tried and true ? 5 gallon recipe please and thank you.

Check out Drew Beechum's article on the maltose Falcons site. He has a few tried and true recipes as well as info on a number of available yeasts. I find myself referring to it pretty often. Just Google beechum saison
