Local College to Offer Brewing Course

I just read in the newspaper that a college in my town is going to offer a brewing course next year. They already have a very good chef's course and this would fit in nicely.

Even though I stay on the simple extract brew side of things, I'm excited about this development. I'm looking forward to trying to weasel my way into the course. I'm an employee at another university in town and we have some kind of reciprocal agreement.

The article also mentioned that Stetson University in Deland, FL is also offering a course.
