I saw a progam on tv that basically froze alcohol with liquid nitrogen and made some amazing sounding drinks. I wonder what flash freezing mead would be like, if it would work well. They froze tequila, vodka, and rum. It looked great. Since the Distilling thread got shut down and this is a tangent thought...I wonder what that would be like to have a chilled mead with the chilling happening with frozen mead cubes. Hmm.
