didn't see much mention of this type of american pale, thought i'd brew it myself.
all grain, 5.25 gals
6lb german pilsner
4lb pale 2-row
.5lb crystal 20
.5lb dextrose (carapils)
1oz challenger @ 60
.5 motueka @ 10
.5 nelson s. @ 10
.5 motueka @ flame out
.5 nelson s. @ flame out
mash 150
sparge @ 170
ferm w/ nottingham (or whatever)
dry hop after 15 days w/ 1oz motueka and .24oz dried rosemary for 4 days.
easy. right?
