I got this the other day at the LHBS and only the wine expert was there so I am looking for more reliable opinions other than: It is one of their top sellers.
7lbs Light DME 58.3%
1lb Pale Malt (unspecified) 8.3%
1lb Flaked Barley 8.3%
1lb Flaked Oats 8.3%
0.5lb Biscuit Malt 4.2%
0.5lb Carammunich Malt 4.2%
0.5lb Chocolate Malt 4.2%
0.5lb Roasted Barley 4.2%
**The 1/2lbs grains are mixed in one bag if it matters**
0.8oz Northern Brewerer 9.6% @ 60min 29 IBU's
1.0oz East Kent Goldings @ 0min
Estimated SG of 1.066
All their kits seem to be short on the hop amounts IMO.
What thoughts do you all have?
