I recently brewed a saison and kegged two weeks ago. Then I decided to keg hop with Pekko hops I got from 47hops on the cheap. Man, I am very impressed. Thought it was going to herbal bomb, which would be ok with a saison. While it does have a herbal component, and some saaz like cucumber notes as described, the dank citrus and tropical tones come through very well. Reminds me of Simcoe somewhat because of the slight cattiness. Try it out, you can get it for cheap. Wouldn't hesitate to make IPA, pale or saisson with this hop.
