Oktoberfest just finished up d-rest yesterday (FG 1.009). Racked this off the yeast cake and into corney keg and then placed keg in my keezer dropping temp to 38 degrees. Do I need to periodically relieve pressure from the keg or am I good just leaving the keg alone? I am assuming at 1.009 it's fully fermented out so wouldn't imagine too much pressure would build up anyways.

I normally put CO2, around 10 PSI) in the keg to purge out any oxygen and let it lager. When I'm ready to put it on tap I just hook it up at serving pressure and let it force carb over a couple of days. Then drink and enjoy.

After you seal/purge it and put it in to lager, you can leave it completely alone. No need to leave it hook up to gas unless you want to.
