Hi, Going through my first lagerings, 2 similar boh pils recipes that I didnt quite hit the 5 gal volume for the carboy secondarys. Troob and evap losses as Im trying to get my biab process down. Anyway, Ive been left with quite a bit of headspace in the 5 gal carboys. Ive been lagering the first for 2 weeks so far and the other for a week (both after 2 weeks each in a primary bucket fermenter) at 39F. Should I get them out of the carboys and bottle to avoid oxidation? Has the damage been done? Just leave them alone for another couple weeks?
