I am trying to brew an IPA with what I have on hand - would like some evaluations on what I have come up with so far - thanks in advance!:

This is a 3 gallon batch - 5 gallon pre boil volume with a 1.9 evap rate from a 5500 watt element.
 
Looks good, I really like your hop bill. The only thing I would change is the amount of crystal seems kinda high for a 3 gal batch of IPA. I'd cut the carapils to a quarter pound, and maybe bring the crystal 10 down to a half pound. Also, do you plan to dry hop?
 
I will dry hop. Not sure on what to use.
