here is my recipe for an Irish Red that should get you in the ballpark.
12 lbs marris otter (subing 50% Pilsner malt would be closer to killians)
.5 lbs crystal 40
.25 lbs crystal 120
.25 lbs roasted barley
1.5 oz EKG 5%AA 60 min
I mostly make this as an ale (WLP 004) I have used (WLP 830) as well. Either way make a starter.
