Kerrmits Key Lime Juice

I have done two Mr. Beer kits so far (I know, but it is a good way for my wife to get used to me brewing) and want to use this for my third.

As I understand I can just put some in the bottling bucket, but how much would you think I should try? It is a 2.15 gallon batch.

I made it following the directions on some washed yeast from a batch of Old Vine Zin and my wife loves it. I don't mind it but I'll stick with the juice of the barley.
