Long story short. Keg lid O-ring fell in racked keg. Put another O-ring on.
Its under pressure now.
Now what...

I think it's impossible to be under pressure without a lid seal. Sanitize a coat and fish it out.

EDIT: Coat hanger. A complete coat probably wouldn't work too well as it would soak up too much sanitizer.
 
How is it holding pressure? I would pull one off another keg that is not in use and use it on this one. Then pull the old ring out when the keg is kicked.
 
Do you have spare o-rings? If it was sanitized before taking the plunge i would just leave it and use another o-ring on the lid for now. I dont really see how the keg could be holding pressure with out the ring though.
 
I put another o-ring on, but the one that fell in had keg lube.
I think I'll just transfer brew to another keg tomorrow.
 
+1 to above. Don't sweat the keg lube. Long story short...You probably risk more in racking to a new keg than you do by leaving the keg lubed o ring in the beer
