I have my cider carbing at 22psi at two degrees. When it comes to kegging do I drop the pressure to say 10psi to 15psi to match my keg pressure. Then transfer with a short hose into keg.

I make sure the gas on the stone is all turned off then apply gas 5psi or above yo overcome pressure in keg.so head pressure to transfer into keg.

Just want a well carbed cider without losing carbonation when I transfer please give me a good step by step technique if anyone has any? Cheers
