Ok... Odd thing.
I made the batch of Cider. Put it in the Keg and cranked up the pressure to 30psi. After 5 days... Nothing no bubbles at all.
After a week no bubbles at all. Temp is at 35.
I serves fine. Hmmm I can pull the pressure relief valve and CO2 is exhaled.
So today I took a better look. The pressure relief valve on the keg coupler would release pressure just fine.... But I noticed that when it springs back it doesn't fully seat. Could that be the issue? Could it be limiting the pressure in the keg?
I pushed it back in all the way and will check in a few days.
